 images-1.jpeg   Second Annual Women's Advent Retreat:   November 21-22, 2014

The Women's Advent Retreat is coming up quickly so you will want to sign up to reserve your place at our first annual event.  Mrs. Carrie Headington has graciously accepted to be the guest speaker and talk about, "The Impact of Saying YES to God".  Mother Ethel Channon is our chaplain and will lead our Morning Prayer and Eucharist.

We have many ideas to share with you about how you can make this Advent memorable.  Hands on craft time and sharing our stories about how we prepare our homes for the "coming of the King".

The Women's Advent Retreat was borne out of passing on a tradition of devotion, meditation and preparation during this season in the church.  We set the tone for these traditions.  We make time with our family to share what we believe, sharing our lives together doing simple pleasures in the kitchen, decorations, telling the story of Jesus' coming from Old Testament to the New Testament.

Come away and make room for King Jesus.
